 Rise and Shine! Morning Bootcamp Club with Coach Anel 

After school drop-off, it’s time for YOU!


If your routine has gone to the wayside and you’re looking to get back into a workout habit, Anel’s Bootcamp Club is just the thing.

​

  •  No need to bring a thing — I provide all the equipment.

  •  The workouts change from day to day, but the theme is always full-body training. You’ll push yourself, you’ll sweat… and you’ll feel stronger every time.

  •  More than a workout — it’s about community, friendship, and feeling your best.


Schedule: Monday • Wednesday • Friday
9:15 – 10:15 AM at Frontierland Park ($15 per class)

Please register 24 hours before class so I can have the right equipment ready for you. Gift certificates are available for purchase.

Please pay when arriving at the bootcamp. Venmo (@viricantu19) and cash is accepted.

Anel is a mom of three and has been teaching fitness classes since 2012. After taking a break following her third child, she is ready to get back to doing what she loves to do!

Anel is ready to use her energy, passion, and dedication to helping you unleash your best self! Join her new bootcamp journey and get ready to get healthier and build community.

Anel is a certified Personal Trainer (NCSF), certified Zumba Instructor, and certified Les Mills instructor.
